The inner layer is comprised of a soft, comfy layer of neoprene, with a back Velcro closure designed to fit any neck size. The outer layer is woven nylon, with a second Velcro band for even more security. The 3 D-rings on the front are ideal for attaching straps, leashes, and chains to. The double layer of Velcro allows you to pull and tug all you want without the collar coming loose, yet remaining comfortable.
